Use of ListJet

You agree to use ListJet lawfully and in compliance with all applicable marketplace policies, including eBay policies and terms.

You may not use ListJet to violate marketplace rules, spam, abuse services, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account.

Subscription and Billing

Certain features of ListJet may require a paid subscription. Pricing and features may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

Product Changes

ListJet may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time as the product evolves.

Listing Service Terms

By purchasing a ListJet Listing Service package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

ListJet provides a draft completion service for eBay listings. We complete your saved eBay drafts using the information, photos, and notes you provide.

We do not publish listings on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each completed draft before publishing it to eBay.

2. Team Access

To use this service, you must grant ListJet the necessary eBay Team Access permissions.

You may remove or revoke access at any time through your eBay account.

ListJet only accesses the permissions required to complete your drafts.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing:

• accurate photos
• accurate item information
• correct model numbers
• any important defects or missing accessories
• any pricing or shipping preferences, if applicable

ListJet is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

4. Turnaround Time

Most orders are completed within 24 hours.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, or technical issues.

5. Revisions

If a listing contains an error caused by ListJet, we will correct it at no additional charge.

Requests for changes due to updated customer information may require additional work.

6. Refund Policy

If work has not yet started, you may request a refund.

Once work has begun or listings have been completed, refunds are generally not available.

If we are unable to complete your order, a refund may be issued.

7. Review Before Publishing

Every completed draft should be reviewed before publication.

You remain responsible for:

• pricing
• shipping
• item specifics
• eBay compliance
• final submission

No Guarantee

ListJet is designed to assist with listing and workflow efficiency, but we do not guarantee:

• sales
• profits
• rankings
• marketplace performance
• business outcomes

Results may vary between users.

Intellectual Property

ListJet, including its software, branding, design, and content, remains the property of ListJet and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

ListJet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListJet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
