ListJet is built for eBay sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may process and how we use it when you use the ListJet website, browser extension, and related services.

Information we may collect

  • Account email, account details, and authentication information
  • eBay listing or page information that you interact with while using ListJet
  • Item titles, item specifics, condition notes, SKU or custom label, descriptions, search queries, and other listing inputs
  • Active inventory, sold inventory, and market research results
  • Usage and activity events, such as listing actions, searches, relists, quantity updates, and feature usage
  • Billing and subscription status from Stripe

User data may be transmitted to ListJet servers or backend systems when needed to provide extension features and service functionality. ListJet does not collect payment card information directly. Stripe handles payment processing.

These providers may process information where needed to operate the service. We use these providers to provide ListJet features, not to sell user data.
